Thomas Almeida once again proved he’s arguably the brightest prospect on the UFC’s roster when he scored a highlight-reel knockout of Anthony Birchak at UFC Fight Night 77. Almeida (20-0 MMA, 4-0 UFC) attacked Birchak (12-3 MMA, 1-2 UFC) in violent fashion from the opening bell and pursued on offense until he landed a brutal flurry that ended with Birchak on the canvas. The Brazilian improved to 4-0 in the octagon with the win and clearly has a very bright future ahead.
