One of UFC 187’s most anticipated bouts will no longer take place because lightweight contender Khabib Nurmagomedov is out of his scheduled contest with Donald Cerrone due to injury. Nurmagomedov (22-0 MMA, 6-0 UFC) and Cerrone (27-6 MMA, 14-3 UFC) were slated to face off at the May 23 event in Las Vegas for an anticipated shot at current 155-pound titleholder Rafael dos Anjos. That’s no longer the case, though, because “The Eagle” will be out of action for an undetermined amount of time. Many in the MMA community were saddened by the news of Nurmagomedov’s injury
