Glover Teixeira continued to show his two-fight losing skid in 2014 was a mere bump in the road when he won his second straight fight in the octagon with a second-round TKO of Patrick Cummins at UFC Fight Night 77. Teixeira (24-4 MMA, 7-2 UFC) mostly had his way with Cummins (8-3 MMA, 4-3 UFC) throughout the light-heavyweight bout. He nearly finished the fight at the end of the first then finished the job early in the second frame. The former 205-pound title challenger has finished his opponent in six of his seven UFC victories and it’s very possibly that he could return to the title picture if his continues his winning ways.
