Filed under: Featured , News Lorenzo Fertitta The UFC today hosted a press conference in Las Vegas to announce its plans for more comprehensive drug testing – both in and out of competition – beginning July 1. UFC President Dana White, Chairman and CEO Lorenzo Fertitta, and COO Lawrence Epstein were on hand at the press conference to discuss the recent string of failed drug tests from some of top names in the company and how they plan to create change going forward. The strategy to weed out cheaters from the sport sounds promising and could make a real difference. However, that’s only if all the promises actually come to fruition.
