After a decisive loss to Fabricio Werdum a little more than a week ago, Travis Browne on Monday broke his silence and offered a message to his fans. Browne (15-2-1 MMA, 6-2-1 UFC) suffered a unanimous-decision loss to Werdum (18-5-1 MMA, 6-2 UFC) in the main event of UFC on FOX 11 in Orlando, Fla., on April 19. The loss snapped a three-fight streak of “Knockout of the Night” wins and sent Browne packing from the arena with a 90-day medical suspension, plus a broken hand. But on Monday, Browne said he’s excited to return. “Thank you guys for the support!!” he wrote on his Instagram feed. “I’ll be back as soon as I’m all healed up.
