Tom Aspinall captured the interim heavyweight championship by knocking out Sergei Pavlovich at UFC 295 in November. Champion Jon Jones is recovering from a shoulder injury and surgery and is expected to faced former two-time titleholder Stipe Miocic in his return. Aspinall wants to fight the best in the world and has called out both Jones and Miocic.
