When I fought Gina Carano on Feb. 10, 2007, I made a rookie mistake: I made the walk barefoot. The “EliteXC: Destiny” walkout started at the bottom of a backstage staircase that ascended to a platform located inside a giant replica of a dragon’s mouth.
