The UFC returned to pay-per-view on Saturday night with UFC 173 at Las Vegas’ MGM Grand Garden Arena. There’s always a special kind of excitement in the air when the octagon sets up in “Sin City,” especially on a major holiday weekend. That excitement proved justified at the end of the evening with four of the five main-card fights ending inside the distance. One of the greatest upsets in UFC championship history took place in the main event and capped off the evening.
