First things first, though. After dominating the 135-pound division and emerging as the UFC’s biggest star during a three-year title reign, Rousey (12-1 MMA, 6-1 UFC) suffered a vicious second-round knockout loss to former pro boxer Holly Holm (10-0 MMA, 3-0 UFC) this past month at UFC 193. Since then, she’s largely avoided the spotlight . It was a true drubbing, and Rousey simply had no answer for her heavy-underdog opponent. Yet, according to company CEO Lorenzo Fertitta, Rousey plans to film a “Road House” remake as well as “Mile 22” with Mark Wahlberg before a likely immediate rematch with Holm at UFC 200 in July.
