Teymur (4-1 MMA, 1-0 UFC) earned a second-round TKO victory against Svensson (14-6 MMA, 0-1 UFC) on Saturday at The O2 in London when he landed a big uppercut followed by a few follow-up strikes on the ground that forced the referee to halt the contest. Although “The Ultimate Fighter 22” cast member has just five pro MMA bouts on his record, he said his lengthy background in muay Thai striking would give him a great chance against anyone in the division. “I know Rafael dos Anjos, all these guys watch me right now – so I hope they’re ready and prepared, because 155: David’s coming,” Teymur told MMAjunkie. “Standing up, I have more experience than most of the guys.
