While McCrory (13-3 MMA, 3-3 UFC) conceded his reemergence with Bellator helped pave the way for his comeback after a five-year absence, he said the industry leader’s incentives – and behavior during negotiations – ultimately swayed him to re-sign with the UFC. “I can make whatever I want in salary, but I’ve got a $50,000 check at the end of the tunnel every time I fight,” McCrory told MMAjunkie Radio. “I’m going to take that roll of the dice.” McCrory’s defection comes six months after his second first-round finish in a return five years in the making
