UFC CEO Dana White announced several headlining bouts for multiple fight cards on Wednesday. The biggest news from White’s announcement was that the vacant featherweight title will be on the line in the UFC 314 main event. Featherweight champion Ilia Topuria will relinquish the belt. Former champion Alexander Volkanovski will take on No. 3 ranked Diego Lopes to crown a new champion on April 12 in Miami. Volkanovski released a video reaction to the news shortly following White’s announcement.
