UFC women’s bantamweight Amanda Lemos has accepted a two-year suspension for an anti-doping violation. In a press release , USADA stated Lemos, 30, failed an out-of-competition drug test conducted Nov. 8, 2017, coming up positive for the steroid stanozolol and its metabolites, UFC anti-doping partner USADA today announced. The drug failure came four months after Lemos’ losing octagon debut against Leslie Smith at UFC Fight Night 113. She was temporarily suspended on Nov. 30 after the positive results were discovered.
