While coaching on The Ultimate Fighter in Russia, Aljamain Sterling was choked unconscious by one of his fighters. TUF has produced some of the greatest fighters in UFC history, but their spinoffs in countries outside the United States are often overlooked. Despite providing great entertainment to viewers for almost two decades, The Ultimate Fighter has its negatives, as tempers can sometimes lead to unwanted situations inside the fighter house.
