Bellator ’s Season 9 started off slower than expected, but the promotion’s TV ratings have made a steady climb. Friday night’s Bellator 100 scored 700,000 viewers on Spike TV, according to the Nielsen TV ratings. That’s up from the 660,000 that watched Bellator 99 and the 437,000 that tuned in for the season opener, Bellator 98. Bellator 100 peaked at 797,000 viewers
