A pair of titles were on the line Friday at RFA 12, and when things had wrapped, two fighters were making a push to get the call from the UFC. In the RFA 12 main event, Brian Ortega (8-0) took a split decision from Keoni Koch (5-1) to claim the promotion’s vacant featherweight title. The co-main event, though, was a little more clear cut as bantamweight champion Pedro Munhoz (10-0) lived up to his heavy favorite status with a 41-second submission win over Billy Daniels (7-1). Ortega stayed unbeaten with a pair of 49-46 scores, while Koch, the older brother of the UFC’s Erik Koch, suffered his first loss. He got one 49-46 score of his own in a fight that featured momentum swings and several solid submission attempts on each side
