Former two-division UFC champion  Conor McGregor announced  his candidacy for President of Ireland last week after a visit to the White House with U.S. President  Donald Trump . Since announcing his intentions of running for the highest office in Ireland, McGregor’s social media feed has been flooded with political posts.  McGregor plans to eventually return to combat sports, but those plans will have to take a back seat to his political aspirations.    “I’ve got two fights under contract (with the UFC). I’m in negotiations.
