The Nevada Athletic Commission has issued an extension on the temporary suspension of Michael Imperato . The NAC reached the decision at Tuesday’s monthly meeting. Imperato (12-7) failed urinalysis for s tanozolol, an anabolic steroid prohibited at all times on the World Anti-Doping Agency list, in connection with his Dana White’s Contender Series debut on Aug. 20 in Las Vegas. Imperato, who entered the DWCS bout coming off a submission win over veteran Ricky Bandejas, lost a unanimous decision to Cortavious Romious and was not awarded a UFC contract.
