Magomedrasul “Frodo” Khasbulaev Bellator MMA Season 8 featherweight tournament winner Magomedrasul Khasbulaev (21-5) has signed a multi-fight deal with WSOF, and the promotion is now seeking an opponent to face him at June’s WSOF 21 event. WSOF officials initially announced Khasbulaev would face Rick Glenn at WSOF 21, but Sefo said an injury forced the former WSOF featherweight champ to withdraw from the bout almost immediately after it was announced. WSOF President Ray Sefo recently confirmed the signing of the 28-year-old Dagestani and said matchmaker Ali Abdelaziz is currently in the process of rebooking ‘Frodo’ for WSOF 21, which takes place June 5 at Edmonton Expo Centre in Edmonton, Alberta, Canada. As with all WSOF events, the night’s main card airs live on NBCSN. A former combat sambo world champion who has contested the majority of his professional MMA bouts in Russia and Ukraine, Khasbulaev first gained recognition in the U.S. in 2012 when he picked up a pair of first-round stoppage victories under the Bellator MMA banner
