Lawrence has won back-to-back fights since a quarterfinal-round finish on “The Ultimate Fighter 15″ and a 1-2 stint with the UFC. In his most recent bout, the 24-year-old striker earned a decision victory over Mark Dickman to claim the vacant RFA belt. He now meets Toomer, a 27-year-old Californian who fights for the third time under the RFA banner
