UFC 179 fighters Phil Davis  and Scott Jorgensen  are facing potential six-month medical suspensions following this past weekend’s UFC 179 event. MMAjunkie today obtained the list of suspensions from the Brazilian MMA Athletic Commission, which oversaw Saturday’s UFC 179 pay-per-view event at Maracanazinho Gymnasium in Rio de Janeiro. In the headliner, UFC featherweight champion Jose Aldo  successfully defended his title with a unanimous-decision victory over Chad Mendes .
