LFA’s inaugural lightweight title will be on the line when the promotion’s visits North Carolina for the first time. Promotion officials recently announced that LFA 17 will take place July 21 at Grady Cole Center in Charlotte, N.C. As with all LFA events, the night’s main card airs on AXS TV. The night’s main event sees Thiago Moises (9-1), RFA’s final lightweight champion, face Robert Watley (7-1) with the LFA lightweight title on the line. “LFA will crown its first lightweight champion at LFA 17 in North Carolina,” LFA CEO Ed Soares stated.
