The weigh-ins for Friday’s Bellator 161 are in the books and all the fights are now official, though not without one small complication. Bellator 161 takes place at H-E-B Center in Cedar Park, Texas. Spike carries the televised main card following prelims on MMAjunkie. In the main event, UFC veteran Cheick Kongo (24-10-2 MMA, 6-2 BMMA) meets Tony Johnson (10-2 MMA, 3-0 BMMA) in a heavyweight clash. Kongo tipped the scales at 237.5 pounds to Johnson’s 264. Former featherweight and bantamweight champ Joe Warren (13-5 MMA, 12-4 BMMA) meets former UFC fighter Sirwan Kakai (12-4 MMA, 0-1 BMMA) in the bantamweight co-main event.
