A welterweight clash between former interim welterweight champion  Colby Covington and rising contender  Joaquin Buckley headlined the UFC on ESPN 63 fight card last December in Tampa, Florida.  Buckley dropped Covington in the first round. Covington battled back in the second frame but absorbed more damage. In the third, Buckley finished “Chaos” due to doctor stoppage after leaving Covington cut and in a bloody mess.  Buckley headlines this Saturday’s UFC on ESPN 69 fight card against former champion  Kamaru Usman at State Farm Arena in Atlanta.
