Bellator put a bow on its year Friday with Bellator 272 at Mohegan Sun Arena in Uncasville, Conn. The final fight of the 2021 schedule produced arguably the most memorable result, with Sergio Pettis (22-5 MMA, 4-0 BMMA) successfully defending his bantamweight title for the first time against Kyoji Horiguchi (29-4 MMA, 1-1 BMMA) courtesy of an incredible, come-from-behind spinning backfist knockout in the fourth round.
