The UFC 161 fight card has taken another major blow. Antonio Rogerio Nogueira is out of his rematch with Mauricio “Shogun” Rua due to a back problem. Brazilian website Combate.com first reported the injury, which was later confirmed by UFC officials. This is the second major blow to the UFC 161 fight card, which is the promotion’s first event in Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada. The original main event pitting interim bantamweight champion Renan Barão against Eddie Wineland was scrapped when Barão had to withdraw due to injury.
