The reborn PFL promotion is hitting the nation’s capital for the third event of its 2018 season. Officials today announced veteran welterweight and big-show champion Jake Shields (32-9-1) takes on Ray Cooper III (13-4) in the headliner. PFL 3 takes place July 5 at Charles E. Smith Center in Washington D.C.
