Alice Pereira campaigned for the attention of UFC matchmaker Mick Maynard and UFC CEO Dana White, and just before Christmas, here wishes were granted. The promotion has signed Pereira (6-0), who just turned 19 four days ago and was born in December 2005, to join its women’s bantamweight division. White shared a video Tuesday on his Instagram stories which showed Maynard calling Pereira and delivering her the news that she had been signed.
