Kairat Akhmetov ONE Championship returned to China today with a fight card that featured two title fights and a four-man featherweight tournament. Although Beijing’s Olympic Sports Center Gymnasium played host the crowing of two new titleholders, the 145-pound tournament final closed out the event as two homegrown talents looked to open their respective careers with a big accomplishment. After advancing to the finals with victories earlier on the card, 21-year-old Yang Sen (2-0) defeated friend and training partner, 20-year-old Zhang Jia Cai (1-1), via second-round submission to win the tourney.
