The Ultimate Fighting Championship’s debut event in Melbourne, Australia, is getting bigger and bigger by the day… both figuratively and literally. On Thursday, UFC officials announced the addition of a heavyweight bout pitting Stefan Struve (26-7) against Jared Roshalt (13-2) to the UFC 193 fight card, which will take place at Ethiad Stadium on Nov. 14. The venue has the potential to hold an audience of 70,000-plus, which should be more than big enough for the tallest fighter in the UFC in the seven-foot-tall Struve. One of the fastest rising stars in the heavyweight division prior to being knocked out by Mark Hunt, Struve has faced a difficult couple of years. After the defeat to Hunt in early 2013, doctors discovered the Dutch fighter suffered from a bicuspid aortic valve, which means that his aortic valve only has two leaflets, instead of the normal three.
