Sports doctor speaks out against slap fighting, calls it ‘as risky of a sport as possible’ for brain injuries

Slap fighting is “perhaps the most absurd and senseless sport in the world.” That’s according to Dr. Brian Sutterer, a sports medicine physician who questions why the Nevada Athletic Commission voted to regulate slap fighting and clear the way for Dana White’s Power Slap League.
