And more often than not, that fighter takes a few hits in the court of public opinion for not simply owning the loss and moving forward. When Travis Browne lost to Fabricio Werdum in April, it was pretty decisive, and Werdum earned a title shot with the upset, not to mention a “TUF: Latin America” coaching spot opposite champ Cain Velasquez.
