Despite their weight discrepancy, a video resurfaced of a sparring session between Alex Pereira and Dillon Danis , and it looked much more competitive than many would like to admit. Danis plays his villain role so well that most fans don’t care whether the prospect returns to the sport. The jiu-jitsu ace has fought in mixed martial arts just twice, winning both of his fights by first round submission under the Bellator banner. Though he doesn’t have much experience in MMA, Dillon Danis is an incredibly high level in the grappling world. While a full-contact spar could have played out much differently, Danis seemingly dominated UFC champion Alex Pereira on the mats during their session together
