It’s Jones’ first time in court since April for a probable cause hearing. Earlier this month, his case was transferred from Albuquerque’s metropolitan to district court with a stipulation that he would enter a “pre-indictment plea.” Jones, 28, is due before Albuquerque District Court Judge Charles W. Brown at 8:30 a.m
