Filed under: Featured , Featured Videos , News , UFC , Videos UFC women’s bantamweight champion Ronda Rousey has heard Bethe Correia ’s apology, but “Rowdy” isn’t buying it, and she’s ready to make that painfully clear. “To bring my family into it, they don’t deserve that, and they didn’t ask for that,” Rousey said at a recent media session promoting her UFC 190 bout with Correia. “And I need to make sure that nobody else tries that ever again.” Correia (9-0 MMA, 3-0 UFC), of course, is no stranger to barbs from Rousey (11-0 MMA, 5-0 UFC). The undefeated Brazilian challenger has gone out of her way in her UFC run to take shots at the champ, famously offering hand gestures after of her victories over Rousey’s friends Jessamyn Duke and Shayna Baszler to let the champ know she was next. But when Correia said she intended to embarrass Rousey so greatly on Aug. 1 that she would want to “kill herself,” the champ – whose father committed suicide – didn’t take too kindly to the claim.
