Nick Diaz ’s mug shot has surfaced. Diaz, 34, was arrested last Thursday and charged with felony domestic battery by strangulation, as well as misdemeanor domestic battery for an alleged incident of domestic violence against a female. Officers from the Las Vegas Metro Police Department responded to a call last Thursday and were dispatched to a residence at approximately 7:20 p.m. PT. A person with knowledge of the case told MMAjunkie that 12 units arrived, the alleged victim was transported to a local hospital, and Diaz was combative with officers during his arrest.
