PFL co-owner Donn Davis has made a bold claim about the cost of the promotion’s “Battle of the Giants” pay-per-view event. The card is headlined by a heavyweight title fight between champion Renan Ferreira and former UFC champ Francis Ngannou on Oct. 19 at The Mayadeen in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. Davis said the cost of this event will exceed this past Saturday’s UFC 306 event at Sphere in Las Vegas. “First of all, I believe this is the biggest event possible in MMA because of the (main and co-main events) this year, 2024,” Davis told the New York Post . “That makes it certainly the biggest thing for the PFL.
