Pedro Nobre Brazilian flyweight Pedro Nobre had been dieting for a headlining fight with fellow UFC vet Tim Elliott and said he was within 11 pounds of making weight when he heard Titan FC 36 was canceled . Now, he said he’ll relax a bit while tightening his financial belt for the upcoming holidays. “They’re saying it will be in January now,” Nobre told MMAjunkie. “I hope they can rebook us as early as possible. I’ll just keep training and enjoy Christmas with the family.” Titan FC 36 was scheduled to take place Friday at Kansas City Scottish Rite Temple in Kansas City, Mo., and stream live on UFC Fight Pass. This past Thursday, the promotion announced Titan FC CEO Jeff Aronson suffered “health complications related to an unexpected surgical procedure” and was unable to lead the event.
