Former UFC middleweight title challenger Paulo Costa has turned down a multi-fight contract offer from the fight promotion. Costa (14-2) is expected to face former titleholder Robert Whittaker at UFC 284 on February 12, but “Borrachinha” recently said that he has not signed the bout agreement.
