Daniel Cormier ‘s wish to stay on the card at next week’s UFC 170 event has been granted. Undefeated promotional newcomer Patrick Cummins (4-0 MMA, 0-0 UFC) has agreed to step in on short notice and replace an injured Rashad Evans against Cormier (13-0 MMA, 2-0 UFC) at the event, which takes place Feb. 22 at Las Vegas’ Mandalay Bay Events Center. The night’s main card, which features a championship bout between women’s bantamweight title holder Ronda Rousey and challenger Sara McMann – as well as the new Cormier vs.
