Healy (32-20), a former UFC and Strikeforce fighter who’s slated to fight Bellator vet Rick Hawn (20-4) in the UFC Fight Pass-streamed main event, missed weight at Friday’s weigh-ins and has been stripped of the belt. Healy weighed 158 pounds, three pounds over the 155-pound limit. Hawn successfully weighed 155 pounds, and if victorious tonight at Clark County Fairgrounds Event Center in Ridgefield, Wash., he’ll win the vacant title. Healy, though, isn’t eligible to win the belt.
