ONE FC plans to put on 10 events in China over the course of the next two years and its first stop will be Beijing on Oct. 31 with the date being confirmed for the first time on Friday by the promotion’s official twitter account. ONE FC: Dynasty of Champions will be the organization’s first ever event in mainland China and represents the eighth different country that Victor Cui’s rapidly expanding franchise has visited in the space of just six months in 2014. The event will take place at the 7,000-capacity Olympic Sports Centre Gymnasium and will feature two four-man tournaments, one at 125 pounds and one at 145 pound, with the semifinals and finals both taking place on the same night. The tournaments will follow the same format as the recent one in Cambodia. They will only be open to local fighters and are set to become a feature of all ONE FC events in China with a view to crowning a national champion in each weight class.
