LAS VEGAS – David Loiseau can’t help but feel joy when he reflects on his MMA career. A tough competitor who headlined UFC 58 with a shot at then-middleweight champion Rich Franklin, Loiseau (23-11 MMA, 4-5 UFC) looks back on his career with a great sense of accomplishment. According to the Quebec native, martial arts provided him with a direction and still does so to this day. MMA Junkie recently caught up with Loiseau, who said life after fighting hasn’t been bad. Throughout his career, he was lucky to remain relatively healthy and credited good self-care as the reason he isn’t feeling the effects all these years later. “I got beat up a little bit, but I always took care of myself,” Loiseau told MMA Junkie.
