Neil Magny said a failed out-of-competition drug test is the reason he’s not competing at UFC Rochester. The veteran UFC welterweight today said he received a notice from the U.S. Anti-Doping Agency (USADA) that said he came up positive for the banned substance Di-Hydroxy-LGD-4033, which scratched his scheduled fight with Vicente Luque. “I am fully cooperating with USADA to determine how this substance was found in the sample I provided them on May 5, 2019,” he wrote.
