Veteran UFC lightweight Joe Lauzon (26-11 MMA, 13-8 UFC), who just this past Saturday fought and won at UFC 200 against Diego Sanchez , today posted the letter on Twitter , adding, “That makes it official.” The letter characterizes the investors as “strategic partners” and adds the deal “is subject to customary closing conditions.” It also reassures the fighters of their role in the new company and touts efforts to expand the UFC’s reach around the world.
