December 20, 2013
by BAD MMA News

In this debut episode of Majority Draw Radio , your hosts Ryan McKinnell and Danny Acosta are joined by “The California Kid” Urijah Faber , fresh off his victory over Michael McDonald at UFC on FOX 9.  Faber speaks on his will to achieve UFC gold, his outstanding four-fight win streak of 2013, and plenty more. Also appearing on this inaugural edition of MDR is Team Cesar Gracie stalwart and American Jiu-Jitsu practioner Jake Shields . The 34-year-old has had a storied UFC career after only 3 years in the company, and is currently riding a two-fight win streak heading into his UFC 171 with Hector Lombard in March.  Shields touches on his fight with Lombard, but also addresses the division losing its champion, in GSP, his opinions on what fight of the year might be, and who he thinks will win the upcoming welterweight championship bout between Johny Hendricks and Robbie Lawler, a man Shields defeated once before.
