The day before the UFC’s return to New Jersey, a preliminary card fight is off the show. Magomed Bibulatov (14-1 MMA, 1-1 UFC) has been ruled out of his flyweight fight against Ulka Sasaki (20-5-2 MMA, 3-4 UFC) at UFC Fight Night 128.
