Eventually, the former junior college national wrestling champion would like to get some finishes, but he’s willing to let those come organically. Instead, he’s more focused about growing as a fighter and getting better each time out – something he didn’t believe he did this past December with a win over Desmond Hill at RFA 46. “I didn’t grow inside the octagon in that fight,” Nakashima (6-0) told AXS TV Fights’ Ron Kruck ahead of his LFA 11 co-main event against LaRue Burley (7-2).
