March’s Legacy FC 29 event will have a second title fight as UFC/WEC vet Leonard Garcia looks to make the first successful defense of his featherweight title. Legacy FC promoter Mick Maynard told MMAjunkie that Garcia (18-11-1) will meet Shane Howell (13-7) at the event. Legacy FC 29 takes place March 21 at Hard Rock Hotel and Casino in Tulsa, Okla.
