The bout served as the headlining contest of Friday’s Legacy FC 30 event, which took place at Route 66 Casino Hotel | Albuquerque, N.M., and aired on AXS TV. Southpaw Holm (7-0) held the center from the start, kicking the body of her orthodox opponent in the early going. Werner (7-4) stayed mobile in the first round and avoided taking any damage over what turned out to be a relatively cautious frame.
